TECVISION SA has an extensive experience in vision systems. A Vision System consists of a video camera, an ultra fast camera or similar image electronic converter, an ilumination device, connected to a computer where the image is analysed. Control results are transmitted to a machine.
TECVISION SA has developped his own set of harware and software components ranging from laser stroboscope able to deliver short pulses of light with very stable energy to sophisticated pattern recognition software.
Applications are surface inspection and dimension control of small components at a rate of 10 pieces / sec., quality inspection of aspheric lens with a precision of 0.000,1 mm, control of a metal sheet bending machine, etc.
